You should also remove the "bad" pages that promised you something and it never gave it to you. :D Click on your profile, on the left side under your profile picture click info. Scroll down to activities and interests and the upper right of that is an "edit" button, click on this and then on interests "show other pages". A window pops up with all the pages you have "liked". Also many 3rd party sites use this as well as stealing your info and selling it, they will spam you and your friends and tag them in photos and auto post to your wall. You should remove any apps for any games you do not play or for apps that are unknown. Changing your password after will help in stopping them from coming back in 3 months and clickjacking or tagging you.
